After a life of athletics and coaching, I found myself in Dr. Camden Clay’s apprenticeship program. I became the fastest graduate and taught Dr. Clay that using bodywork to improve an athlete's performance in real time was where the magic happened. While assistant teaching with Dr. Clay, I was fascinated with the heart-centered care a massage therapist provides. As a graduate of the Georgia Massage School, I opened Encourage Wellness and Performance to help bridge the gap between injury, rehab, and recovery. I believe that each client that walks through the door has a unique story that will require various tools out of my toolbox to reach their desired goals. I love to combine my lifelong passion for teaching with my love for helping people and their bodies.
